The Boley family is native to Van Buren County, Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley. His grandson, Nick, started selling real estate in 2004 and joined the business in ownership in 2010 when Boley Real Estate partnered with Mossy Oak Properties. Today, Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate is owned and operated by Nick and his wife, Abby.
